We're back from Hawaii! It was fun, beautiful weather and crystal clear water.
We went horseback riding, where I of course was on the MOST stubborn horse. He didn't want to go when he should have, wanted to go when he shouldn't have and shredded the leaves and branches off trees along the way. We went on a jungle ride in one of these: It was no luxury ride but we were beneath the mountains you see in Jurrasic Park, saw the filming locale of 50 First Dates and Lost. It was drizzling so we did a bit of slippin' and slidin' in the mud but it was worth it for the view of the ocean and Chinamen's Hat.
We're back from "Paradise" now and in the process of moving. What a rude, abrupt end to a vacation! I'm just taking a moment away from it here. I came home to find notification that I got a spot in the Carlsbad Village Faire! I'm so excited about it; people come from all over the country to attend and I'm proud to be a part of it for the second time. The date is Sunday, May 2 so mark your calendars and come on out! Mention you read about it here and you'll get a free gift!

Crafting has always been a passion for me. I have yet to stick with any particular medium, as I love to switch it out and try new things. This blog is sort of a testament to that fact. Hope you enjoy...
